Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck — in dating, in relationships, or in familiar emotional patterns they’re ready to finally understand and change. Often, they’ve tried approaches like CBT or supportive counseling and found them helpful, but not quite enough. Others come because they don’t feel fully seen or understood — or because they’re ready for deeper, more meaningful work. I aim to be a steady, thoughtful presence for clients navigating modern dating and relationships — without minimizing how confusing or painful it can be. With over 15 years of experience, I help adult individuals work through trauma, attachment wounds, and relationship struggles. My style is engaged, thoughtful, and collaborative. I use an integrative approach that draws from EMDR, cognitive theory, psychodynamic and relational work, interpersonal neurobiology, and parts work (EST).
