Hope is powerful and has the potential to change lives. You are probably searching for a therapist for yourself, your family, or your child because you have hope for greater happiness, better communication, less anxiety, and stronger connections. During therapy sessions, I facilitate change through empowerment, education, and experiences. You might seek healing from trauma, coping with grief, or support with life transitions. As a team, you and I will create a treatment plan to help you reach your goals to turn your hope into real changes. As a former middle school teacher, I mainly work with children and adolescents (ages 5+) and their families. I facilitate work with my training in Attachment Based Family Therapy, EMDR, sand tray therapy, play therapy, and animal assisted therapy with one of my certified therapy dogs Tagg and Gus.
