Being a child, teen or young adult is hard. And, yes it is hard being a parent, too. I believe that working collaboratively with young people and their families is necessary for lasting positive change. I have witnessed how therapy can be a powerful way to learn more about yourself, resolve conflict, and develop and practice life skills. With the client, we will explore needs, motivation for change, and set goals that are achievable and desirable. This will happen in an authentic, safe, affirming way that is moving toward wellness, hope and growth for the individual and the family.
