Hi, I'm Karrie, I provide specialized therapy for mothers, children, and families during pregnancy, postpartum, the early years, and beyond. My goal is to support the well-being of mothers as they try to find the joy of motherhood while also managing the complexities that come with it. As a child and family therapist, I use various forms of play to help children and families learn to communicate better and help children resolve emotional challenges. My goal is to help parents better understand the needs underneath their child's often difficult and overwhelming behaviors.
