I support you as you navigate toward your ideal life and provide tools to overcome difficult life experiences, expectations and relational or cultural stressors. Our work will help you develop and maintain healthy relationships, develop positive coping strategies, shift thinking and behaviors, or come into a confident self. My approach is an integration of psychodynamic and cognitive-behavioral modalities, which means I will explore the way you experienced the world from birth until present in order to identify habits and behaviors that have become roadblocks to living in alignment with the person you want to be.
