My name is Karsen Cardinal. I am a Clinical Professional Counselor in the state of Nevada. My main focus in counseling is to facilitate a safe environment where clients feel they can be authentic and vulnerable. I deeply value empathy, compassion, and encouragement. By integrating a Mindful Self-Compassionate approach to therapy I help my clients acknowledge their emotions, recognize they are not alone, and find healing through self-compassion.
