I have over twenty years of counseling experience. As an author, counselor, instructor, mentor, youth leader, life coach, motivational speaker, theta healer practitioner, licensed-I therapist & ordained minister. I approach therapy from an integrative perspective combining the practice of both holistic therapies and theoretical counseling modalities. Having found through years of experience and research that in most cases an integrative approach to counseling can be most effective in client treatment thus producing positive progressive outcomes. I believe the answer to one’s emotional and mental quandary, turmoil, and torment are found within one’s self. When an individual identifies with their self-concept then becomes willing to accept the good, bad and ugly truths of self. That’s when true change can begin.
