I am most helpful to those that want to learn practical skills to help reduce mental health symptoms such as depression, anxiety, and stress, or who find themselves "stuck" and wanting to find more meaning in their lives. While having a safe space to discuss day to day problems and vent is extremely important, many people need a bit more guidance in learning new ways to relate to their thoughts and feelings in order to reach their goals. I aim to provide this guidance in a flexible and collaborative manner, monitoring progress and incorporating feedback throughout treatment.
