My ideal clients are those who not only realize that there are problems in their lives but are also willing to work at improving and changing. Life is often challenging, and I am passionate about helping others through these challenges. I work with children, adolescents, and adults with a variety of problems. I am eclectic in my approach to mental health therapy. The theories I use most are Cognitive, Behavioral, Solution-Focused, and Family Systems Therapy.
