I have over twenty-five years of clinical social work experience in hospital, outpatient and community settings. My specialties include helping teens, young adults and families with the challenging transition from adolescence to adulthood. The focus of our work is to help you go from dependence to greater self-efficacy. I create a space of safety, security and comfort where sensitive narratives can be shared and explored. Together, we will work to practice strength- based from a non-judgmental place for positive change. Clients practice skills in sessions and out in the world to build confidence.
