Parenthood can be a path of healing. Raising kiddos can bring out more than just anxiety and anger; it can trigger so many of our own unmet needs and attachment wounds. I work with parents who have a history of trauma or difficult upbringings of their own. I provide skills for self-regulation and attachment-based parenting, but I also help parents heal their own inner child. I also specialize in young adults (18-26) navigating major life transitions in their relationships, careers, mental health, values, and identity. I provide trauma-informed, affirming care for LGBTQ+ clients, including treating religious trauma.
