I’m a Level 2 trained Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapist specializing in complex trauma, religious trauma, and psychedelic preparation and integration. I support individuals in healing deep wounds, rebuilding trust in their inner system, and reconnecting with their authentic Self. My approach is trauma-informed, compassionate, and collaborative. IFS offers a powerful framework to gently unburden wounded parts and restore inner balance.
