The biggest joy of my professional career is seeing my clients thrive and knowing how far they have come. I’m here to help you recognize and break old patterns, letting go of thoughts and coping strategies that no longer serve you. I will help you build up your self-esteem, strengthen and repair relationships, and improve communication with yourself and others. I take an integrative approach to working with conditions such as depression, anxiety, and relationship struggles, and borrow from approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), attachment theory, and mindfulness. I am trained in Child-Centered Play Therapy. I believe many mental health issues stem from traumatic memories, and those memories, once processed, can lead to life changing positive results.
