Welcome! I am accepting new clients. I specialize in couples and marriage counseling. I have guided many couples through the painful aftermath of betrayal trauma, witnessing remarkable transformations through Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) as they rebuild trust and connection. In our sessions, we create a safe space where both partners can express their deepest hurts without judgment, helping the injured partner articulate their needs while supporting the partner who caused harm in developing genuine accountability. What I find most inspiring about this work is watching couples rediscover their deep care for one another. I also provide individual counseling for teens and adults for depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, grief and loss, betrayal, stress, relationship conflicts, sexual addiction, sex therapy, ADHD, infidelity, autism, divorce and self -esteem issues.
