I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Western Michigan University and have over 18 years of experience as a psychology professor and clinician. My background includes work in prisons and reentry services, supporting individuals and families through trauma and transition. I specialize in adult therapy using CBT, Person-Centered Therapy, and ERP, with a focus on anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, and life transitions. I believe therapy is collaborative, individualized, and grounded in compassion, resilience, and meaningful change.
