With an extensive history of working with trauma-impacted youth and adults, I look to bring peace and healing using a multi-faceted approach. In my current practice, I serve women who have experienced intimate partner violence and/or trauma during their childhood. Most of us go through life with our bodies and minds disengaged from one another; I believe we must bridge that gap in order to build & protect our internal peace. If you are currently experiencing DV/IPV, safety is paramount and will be a priority in our work together.
