Kasey Murphy has worked since 2008 with adults, adolescents, children and couples to help them overcome anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties and other life challenges. They are a licensed clinical mental health counselor and licensed psychologist with a Doctorate in Counseling and School Psychology from Rivier University. Their clinical work often consists of mindfulness-based approaches to help others become aware of the thoughts and behaviors that we experience that lead to much of what causes our distress.
