Hi! I am a Licensed Master of Social Work (LMSW) based in the greater Lansing, Michigan area. I graduated from Michigan State University and have extensive experience in advance care planning, working with people with chronic health conditions, older adults, LBGTQ+ identity, caregiver stress, family dynamics, depression, anxiety, and trauma. I help people from young adulthood through late life identify and utilize their strengths to promote quality of life for my consumers. In our first session, you can expect introductions to each other and delving into your specific goals and desired outcomes of therapy. From there, we will tailor a plan together to help you reach your therapeutic goals to help you live well.
