Starting therapy and let alone being vulnerable with another individual can be very jarring and uncomfortable. Whether we are feeling alone, managing a new job, over coming past trauma or grief, or even not knowing where to even begin. My goal is to provide individuals with a safe and non judgemental space to process these feelings with compassion and respect. My background as a clinician serving adolescence to geriatric populations of Chicago and its surrounding suburbs, from intense psychological trauma and other psychologic disorders, has equipped me with the knowledge to assist clients through any of these obstacles.
