I am Licensed as a Marriage and Family therapist and has been helping others for over 8 years. My journey has led me to work successfully dealing with a wide range of issues such as Anxiety and Depression. My approach to therapy is unbiased, client-centered, and collaborative. I truly value diversity and its impacts and utilizes a Gestalt and CBT therapy approach, along with emphasizing self-compassion.
