I am Licensed as an MFT and has been helping others for over 10 years. My journey has led me to work successfully dealing with a wide range of issues such as Anxiety and Depression. I provide a focus on the mind-body connection to access stuck emotions. My approach to therapy is unbiased, client-centered, and collaborative. I truly value diversity and its impacts and utilizes a Gestalt and CBT therapy approach, along with emphasizing self-compassion. I have advanced training with Domestic Violence and Moral recognition Therapy (MRT), Domestic violence, Christian and self compassion. I have a passion to bring healing through utilizing Ecotherapy. The power of nature allows for us to slow down and connect with yourself. The idea of spending time in nature positively impacts your mental and physical health.
