My passion is supporting clients wherever they may be on their healing journey. I have worked with children, teens, and adults of varying cultural backgrounds and identities who have struggled with anxiety, depression, relational issues, trauma and grief/loss. I believe that our upbringing greatly influences how we see and connect in the world, and can impact our behaviors and relationships with ourselves and others.
