Life can be challenging, and we all need a little help from time to time. I work with a variety of individuals including those who are struggling with intense emotions, dealing with past trauma, or experiencing high levels of stress. I take a compassionate approach and deeply value each client as an individual. My areas of focus include anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem, self-worth, relationship issues, and borderline personality disorder for individuals ages 15 and up.
