As a trauma informed generalist, my ideal client will be open to working with different modalities but is comfortable with discussing the mind-body connection as well as a systems perspective. I am most interested in working with clients who carry multiple identities (racial, gender, sexual) as I will maintain infinite curiosity about the many parts of you. Deepening self awareness and making meaning out of difficult lived experiences is what drives me in my pursuit of helping others. Acceptance of what is and an understanding of self is the key to real empowerment. I hope to be a guide in your journey toward recovery.
