Sometimes reading self-help books or talking to friends isn't enough to create lasting change. That’s where I come in. My goal is to walk alongside you as you uncover what’s holding you back, shape your vision for the future, and recognize your strengths! I utilize a relational and person-centered approach, incorporating art therapy to address trauma, life transitions, grief, depression, anxiety, and relationship issues. I am passionate about the transformational power of art as an agent of growth and change. I work with children, teens, and adults in discovering tools that will create space for a more fulfilling, joy-filled life.
