I ama Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Connecticut. I work with individuals, families, and couples using relational and psychodynamic psychotherapy, We will explore how you can build greater confidence and self-esteem. You will develop new skill sets to process anxiety, depression, trauma, and family conflict. Using relational and psychodynamic therapy through a trauma-focused lens. I am trained in approaches including TF-CBT, IFS, and solution-focused models. Working with each system to create a treatment plan and tailor approaches based on clinical needs.
