I am a National Certified Counselor (NCC) and a Clinical Trauma Specialist (CCTS-I) -trained therapist. I am dedicated to helping clients overcome the impact of trauma through evidence-based modalities like EMDR, ACT, and CBT. Challenges are multifaceted, and it is crucial to understand the client's unique perspective and cultural background within a safe, respectful, and genuine space. Cultural nuances that shape a person's experience of the world should also be carefully considered and explored. I am fluent in Filipino (Tagalog), Cebuano, and English. ACT Therapy, EMDR and Trauma-Informed Care, and other evidence-based interventions with a clinical focus on the geriatric community, trauma, grief, anxiety, and multicultural counseling.
