I was born in Palm Springs, California, and raised there until age 7. Afterward, I moved with my mother to Whitefish, Montana, where I spent the next 42 years. Recently, I relocated to Tennessee, where I plan to spend the rest of my life. I was born into a family affected by mental illness, addiction, and suicide. Despite these challenges, I made it out stronger than I could have ever imagined. I now live a healthy lifestyle, seeking balance and regulation in all areas of my life. I am well respected by my friends, family, and colleagues, and I work hard to extend grace and compassion to others, always mindful of how far I've come.
