I am a Certified School Psychologist and a Mental Health Counselor (MHC-LP). My mission is to provide compassionate, accessible, & effective mental health support to individuals from all walks of life. My approach is client-centered, focusing on each client's unique needs, goals, and strengths. I believe that everyone has the potential for growth and healing, & my role is to facilitate that process in a safe environment. My goal is to empower you with the tools & insights needed to overcome challenges, build resilience, and achieve your personal goals. I work with clients across all ages, with a specialty in children & adolescents.
