Do you ever feel like your life is really hard and falling apart all around you and you don’t know why? Are you haunted by trauma memories, anxiety or depression? I am here to help you understand what is happening and why. I have spent years working with people to help them understand what has happened in their life that causes them to repeat patterns and keep getting stuck in the same relationships or traumatic situations or to process through painful experiences. After working with me, my clients are better able to understand themselves and the patterns that they get into and are able to shift into more self lead places.
