I support clients navigating major life transitions, struggling to balance the pressures of work, school, parenthood and relationships, or exploring identity. I also help clients with perfectionism, anxiety, depression, neurodivergence, and coping with stress. I show up first as a human, with genuine curiosity and a sense of humor. In our sessions, you are invited to slow down, connect with the body and create space to reconnect with your sense of self. We will create a space that is warm, collaborative and creative for you to move towards more awareness and acceptance.
