I enjoy working with clients who want to develop a safe and comfortable space to explore their issues and concerns on a deep level. Shame can be a barrier to seeking help, and not everyone has had positive experiences in the mental health field. However, sometimes we also do need our worldview and patterns to be challenged for positive change to occur. I aim to create a trusting and collaborative therapeutic experience with clients who are open to learning new perspectives and tools, trusting the process, and have the ability to advocate for themselves about what they need from me as their therapist.
