I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Expressive Arts Therapist. I aim to provide a safe, supportive environment for my clients that fosters healing and growth. I believe in the significance of mind/body connection and utilizing tools that assist in the process of re-connection through mindfulness and creative techniques.
