Hi! I'm Kat, a trauma-informed therapist committed to helping you build self-compassion, recognize your inherent strengths, and cultivate resilience. I view therapy as a collaborative journey toward self-understanding, growth, and empowerment. I support people in exploring and embracing the various facets of their identity. I often incorporate somatic and creative approaches, to deepen mind-body connection. As your therapist, my goal is to co-create a safe, authentic space where we can recognize and process both internal and external systems of harm and oppression that impact your mental health.
