Support for addiction recovery, anxiety, depression, shame, trauma, self-esteem and self-worth, body image, relationships, family-of-origin issues, postpartum mental health, parenting, entrepreneurship, grief, personal development, life skills, career and academic exploration and major life transitions. I work with individuals, couples, families and groups. I am a Certified Addictions Counsellor (CCAC) and Coach (ACC) with 13 years experience in the field of addictions in both inpatient and outpatient treatment settings.
