Kat is a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with individuals and couples at all stages of adult life. Her clinical interests include supporting clients through life transitions, communication and relational challenges, managing anxiety and depression, achieving a healthy work-life balance, and individuals and couples in the perinatal process and/or in their journey to parenthood including infertility. She has a particular interest in issues related to business and entrepreneurship, helping professionals navigate the unique demands of their careers while maintaining personal well-being in all aspects of their lives.
