Struggling to cope in our present world, with its broken systems, inequities, and constancy of “faster” and “more,” does not make you crazy, broken, or wrong. It is an appropriate response to systems entirely out of balance. It does, however, mean that therapeutic support can be vital to personal well-being. I am passionate about supporting individuals in navigating these broken systems in their most authentic and meaningful approaches. View 6 Photos Through an existentialist, somatic, and experiential lens, I support clients in uncovering their internal wisdom, reclaiming their unique personal values, and learning to feel comfortable in their own skin. Talk therapy is a part of this process but is bolstered by experiential self-discovery. I serve as scaffolding for clients on their journeys.
