My approach is rooted in compassion —helping clients navigate life’s challenges and discover fuller, more connected ways of living. I hold a master’s degree in counseling and bring over three years of experience supporting individuals and families with complex needs in recovering their health, hopes and dreams. This work has shaped my trauma-informed perspective and strengthened my belief in the resilience of the human spirit.
