I believe people can start over - at any age, in any place, after any loss or transformation. As an immigrant, an artist, and a writer, I’ve walked through deep shifts in identity and belonging. Therapy, to me, is about reconnecting with who you truly are while creating room for who you're becoming. If you’re someone who thinks deeply, feels intensely, or finds healing through creativity, you’ll likely feel at home here. I also make space for the personal ways you connect with the world through nature, energy, and the wisdom already within you.
