I’m a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, Life Coach with a certification in Clinical Trauma and Perinatal Mood & Anxiety Disorders. I received my masters from Pacific Oaks College and I have multiple years of experience. My journey has taken me across a broad spectrum of settings. I have experience working with school aged kids, adults, the criminal justice system, forensic and various DMH contracts. I'm here to help facilitate individuals through self exploration and supportive guidance through learned therapeutic approaches. A safe, open minded warm atmosphere that allows room for identification of triggers, growth and accountability. A simple conversation to get to know each other and find out what expectations are from both parties.
