Feeling stuck in depression can make even the simplest tasks—like getting out of bed—feel overwhelming. You might find yourself staying in bed all day, frustrated that you didn’t accomplish anything, again. Over time, you may begin withdrawing from friends and family, spending more time alone, and losing interest in activities that once brought joy. Everything feels flat, and even the things you know could help feel out of reach. It’s as if the spark is gone, and you’re left wondering if it will ever come back. More than anything, you just want to feel like yourself again—to enjoy life and feel genuinely happy. Depression can make everything feel heavy. I use cognitive behavioral tools to help you understand how thoughts, emotions, and behaviors interact—and how small, steady shifts can lead to meaningful change.
