I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of New Jersey and a yoga teacher. I was intensively trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy in 2013 by Behavioral Tech, LLC and have experience working in a DBT adherent program. I specialize in the treatment of eating disorders with the use of DBT and mindfulness-based therapy. Additionally, I have experience treating women with mood disorders, posttraumatic stress disorder, anxiety disorders, personality disorders, and substance abuse.
