I am a trauma-informed, depth oriented, psychodynamic practitioner that approaches therapy through an integrated mind/body framework, grounded in relational/attachment theories and interpersonal neurobiology. I seek to provide a welcoming and compassionate environment for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings, develop tools that increase resilience, come to a better understanding of themselves, and increase awareness of how relational and socio-cultural systems affect the development and lived reality of the individual.
