I am a psychotherapist working with Westlake Counseling Center. As a systems therapist, I utilize the principles of psychodynamic and relational therapy along with incorporating interventions and skills used in cognitive behavioral therapy. Relationally, I seek to build trust and connection with my clients, providing a unique and contained space to heal. I work with individuals, couples, and families with a broad spectrum of diagnoses and treatment issues, with experience and specialization with children, adolescents, and young adults.
