Garden Counseling and Wellness is founded on the belief that the combination of finding the right support and hope is what makes lasting self-growth possible. I provide a safe, neutral, and compassionate space to identify goals to work toward. My practice pulls from training and experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with a strong philosophical foundation in the strengths-based perspective. I firmly believe in the importance of respect and empathy for the unique experiences and needs of each individual, and the efficacy of a collaborative approach to identifying and working toward desired goals.
