I'm passionate about supporting individuals through the transitions of pregnancy, birth, and parenthood. Pregnancy and parenthood can be a complex time, and you may find yourself overwhelmed by feelings that are preventing you from experiencing life as you would like. Some of these feelings may be new, while others are old feelings and struggles that have returned in a new light. Asking for help can be hard, but your feelings are valid, and you deserve support. I offer a safe and nonjudgemental space for you to feel heard, respected, and understood.
