I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, licensed in NY and FL, who specializes in working with college students, young adults and women. I love working with fellow moms and have completed training in perinatal mental health. I believe that the most important part of therapy is empowerment of the individual. My goal is for a client to leave the room feeling like they can handle anything life throws at them. An empowered person is more likely to be successful in all aspects of their life, and I would love to help you along that journey in getting to where you want to be.
