I view therapy as a collaborative partnership rooted in empathy, unconditional positive regard and evidence-based practices. I believe each individual has the capacity to grow and implement positive change in their life. Drawing from therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, I help clients improve self-awareness, enhance their interpersonal relationships, develop more effective coping strategies to manage emotional distress, and work towards identifying and achieving their personal goals.
