I provide direct, structured couples and individual therapy focused on intimacy, betrayal, emotional disconnection, and discernment. I integrate CBT with experiential tools to help couples understand their patterns and change them in real time. This is not passive therapy and not endless processing. It is goal-focused, honest, and designed to help you move forward together or separately, with clarity and self-respect. A significant focus of my work is sex and intimacy. I help couples navigate desire differences, performance anxiety, pain during sex, disconnection, and the impact of pornography use. These topics can feel vulnerable, and my goal is to make therapy feel private, calm, and safe enough to talk about what’s been hard to name.
