Thank you for taking the time to read my profile. I work with individuals and couples struggling with trauma, anxiety, and relationship challenges. Many of my clients feel overwhelmed, emotionally disconnected, or stuck in repeated patterns. The couples I work with most often are experiencing disconnection from communication issues, life stressors, and infidelity. With over 30 years of experience I provide a trauma-informed supportive space to reduce anxiety, heal past wounds & strengthen emotional connection. Together we focus on practical lasting change that helps you feel more secure, safe, and connected. I also provide EMDR intensives and couples therapy intensives to support those who may need focused healing.
